Maude is a French-Canadian designer and art director currently living in Brooklyn. She originally moved to Montreal for design school, where she stayed throughout the early years of her career. In the fall of 2015, she got a job offer in New York City and moved a few months later.

She currently lives in Greenpoint and works in the city at a creative agency called 214, whose work includes strategy and design while focusing primarily on helping purpose-driven companies create social impact.

While the main part of her daily work is around branding and web design, her passion projects revolve around art direction and book and publication design. Since her first job designing a cookbook and launching a magazine for a Montreal-based food blog, she has worked with Canadian publishing houses on a variety of projects, including two coffee table books in the past year.  In the future she intends to pursue and specialize in art book, event and restaurant branding and design.

In her spare time, you can find her walking around the city or working from A/D/O, her favorite neighborhood spot. She also enjoys the occasional pottery at Choplet in Williamsburg, as well as growing and potting plants at home.
